Sfera covers work orders, booking, a customer base with vehicles, parts stock, and finances. It doesn't do VIN parts lookup, parts catalogs, or accounting-system integration — if you rely on those, pair it with a larger shop-management system.
Yes. Every auto-shop appointment is a work order: the vehicle (make, model, plate, VIN, odometer), labor and parts, a stage, and a number. Each labor line is priced as hours × rate or a flat amount. Orders can be printed or saved as PDF.
Add them with "Client's part": name, quantity and stated value. They aren't charged or taken from stock, and the printed order lists them separately.
Yes. Each customer has a "Vehicle" field — make, model, year, plate. Search matches any part of it, and the vehicle shows next to the name in the calendar.
Yes, the catalog already includes seasonal tire changes, balancing, alignment, tire storage, plus washing and detailing. Everything is editable.
